- Volunteer, Partner & Green Skills Forms: Name, organization, contact details, city/district, availability, and selected programme tracks.
- Technical & Security Logs: IP address and browser user-agent used strictly for anti-spam rate limiting and security protection.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively for legitimate non-profit governance and operational purposes:
- Verifying membership eligibility and fee transfers for approval by the Managing Committee per our registered Bylaws.
- Issuing official donation receipts and allocating Zakat, Sadaqah, and earmarked funds accurately.
- Coordinating field volunteers, CSR partnerships, and Green Skills training cohorts.
- Fulfilling statutory record-keeping requirements under the Societies Registration Act, Sindh Charities regulations, and FBR tax compliance.
